This includes: Creating the right strategy to take the organisation forward; Identifying funding opportunities and other resources; Building capacity through effective training and coaching; Developing and promoting more efficient and effective services; We have helped a number of organisations (large and small), become more independent and sustainable whilst remaining true to their core purpose and values. We also deliver a range of capacity building workshops including: * Leadership and Teambuilding * Presenting to Funders and Stakeholders * Effective Communication * Meaningful Marketing * Finance for Trustees We have also developed the Better Business Programme, through which we work with organisations making the transition to social enterprise. This includes setting goals, defining strategies, creating and implementing plans and accessing funding and resources. We believe the challenges of delivering multiple outcomes are far greater than those presented simply by profit maximisation and therefore take an holistic and open minded approach to organisational development and growth.
